What is MyVitalz?
About MyVitalz
MyVitalz is a telemonitoring cloud platform built for patients, healthcare providers and health mangers to monitor and manage vital signs remotely and in person for both the healthy and the sick. When parameters such as blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm, blood glucose, oxygen saturation, stress level are monitored real time with devices that automatically and instantly update the cloud for remote physicians to review, remote management becomes life-saving. This practice prevents sudden deaths, stroke, heart attack, kidney failure, heart failure and other complications of poorly controlled diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, atherosclerosis, obesity, asthma and cardiorespiratory disorders.

Committed To Improving the lives Of Patients Worldwide
MISSION
To reduce morbidities and mortalities from stroke, heart attack, kidney failure and sudden death often associated with undetected and poorly controlled hypertension, diabetes Mellitus and other conditions that can be monitored remotely
Vission
To provide patients with state of the art health technologies that prevent sickness, increase access to care and improve clinical outcomes.

STROKE
Remote Patient Monitoring has been shown to reduce incidence of cardiovascular accidents (CVA) or stroke among hypertensive patients. Providing a platform that gives remote physicians access to their patients’ daily blood pressure readings for timely interventions in addition to reminder prompts for the patients to take their drugs is a combination of invaluable solutions to challenges of blood pressure management and associated complications such as stroke.

HEART ATTACK
Myocardial Infarctions (MI) or heart attack depending on severity is a harbinger of sudden death – a mortality which can be prevented through proper management of underlying risk and causative factors which can be remotely controlled and managed. These include metabolic conditions such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes mellitus and several others now remotely managed on our platform

SUDDEN DEATH
Some sudden deaths are the sequela of poorly controlled metabolic and cardiovascular conditions, so the integration of Remote Patient Monitoring into the management of these conditions will reduce the incidence of sudden cardiac deaths (SCD).
